<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate and determine ventricular fibrillation and the other arrhythmia. <P>SOLUTION: In the arrhythmic signal detection method for detecting electrocardiogram signals in at least a right ventricle and a left ventricle (S1), calculating a parameter value relating to the detected electrocardiogram signals of at least the right ventricle and the left ventricle (S2), and determining the presence/absence of the occurrence of at least ventricular fibrillation among the arrhythmia on the basis of the calculated parameter value (S3), the parameter value includes at least one of a cardiac cycle "period" obtained from the autocorrelation function of the two respective electrocardiogram signals, the ratio "interval ratio" of the cardiac cycle of the two respective electrocardiogram signals, delay time "delay" calculated from the peak value of the cross correlation function of the two electrocardiogram signals, a "phase" obtained from the arc tangent value of the division value of the size of the potential of the two electrocardiogram signals, and a "length" obtained from the square root of sum of squares of the size of the potential of the two respective electrocardiogram signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
