<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance type power conversion device which is long in service life and high in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The resonance type power conversion device comprises: a series circuit composed of a transistor T1 having a primary winding n1, a secondary winding n2, a tertiary winding n3 and a reset winding nR, and switches S1 and S2 which are connected to both ends of a DC power supply Vdc; a series circuit composed of a capacitor Cr1 and a diode D1 which are connected to the switch S1 in parallel therewith, a capacitor Cr2 and a diode D2 which are connected to the switch S2, and the primary winding n1 and a diode Dn1 which are connected to both ends of the DC power supply Vdc; a series circuit composed of the reset winding nR and a diode DR which are connected to both ends of the DC power supply Vdc; a reactor Lr connected to a connecting point of the switch S1 and the switch S2 and a connecting point of the secondary winding n2 and the tertiary winding n3; a switch S10 connected to one end of the DC power supply Vdc and one end of the secondary winding n2; a switch S20 connected to the other end of the DC power supply Vdc and one end of the tertiary winding n3; and a control circuit 10 which alternately turns on the switch S1 and the switch S2, and alternately turns on the switch S10 and the switch S20 so that the switch S1 and the switch S2 perform zero-voltage switching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
