<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the double folding device of a dual-chamber container, which improves processing ability in an entire device without increasing the scale of the device. <P>SOLUTION: The double folding device of the dual-chamber container includes: a first conveyor 1 for placing the infusion bag 50 so as to allow the major axis of the bag 50 to be orthogonal to the conveying direction, and conveying the bag in a prescribed direction; a second conveyor 2 having paired belt conveyors 20a, 20b, and 21a, 21b, where the conveying surfaces are divided into right and left with respect to the conveying direction; a suspension means 3 for oppositely arranging a pair of round bars whose distal ends freely approach each other or are separated from each other, on the upstream and downstream sides of a space formed between the divided conveying surfaces of the second conveyor 2, and then, suspending both sides of sections of the infusion bag 50 from the lower parts by the use of the pair of round bars; a transfer means 4 for supporting the suspension means 3 so as to be freely vertically and horizontally movable; and a third conveyor 110 for receiving the infusion bag 50 which is suspended by the suspension means 3 and double-folded, from the transfer means 4, and conveying the double-folded infusion bag 50 in the prescribed direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
