<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time correction circuit and an electronic device which can reduce costs, reduce power consumption, and reduce noise. <P>SOLUTION: The time correction circuit 1 includes: a timer 20 for measuring time; a receiver 30 for receiving an electromagnetic wave A which includes time information on time and is on the basis of a baseband signal encoded by a pulse width modulation method and for output of a baseband signal B on the basis of the received electromagnetic wave A; and an asynchronous circuit 40 for correcting time on the basis of the baseband signal B. The asynchronous circuit 40 performs predetermined processing for extracting the time information out of the baseband signal B on the basis of the time measured by the timer 20 at least either when the baseband signal B has changed from a high level to a low level or when it has changed from a low level to a high level and becomes a standby state after the execution of the predetermined processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
