<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner preventing clogging of an air filter by automatically cleaning the air filter every time after completion of air conditioning operation, and thereby performing energy saving operation in the clean state all the time. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes: an indoor unit having an air filter cleaning mechanism automatically removing dust adhered to the air filter; an outdoor unit; a remote controller having a stop command button for sending a stop command signal of air conditioning operation to the indoor unit; and a control means for executing interior cleaning operation including filter cleaning operation and interior drying operation after completion of the air conditioning operation. The control means is equipped with: an operation mode for completing the air conditioning operation and stopping the operation of the air conditioner after executing the interior cleaning operation, when the stop command button of the remote controller is operated during the air conditioning operation; and an operation mode for stopping the operation of the air conditioner after executing only the filter cleaning operation of the interior cleaning operation, when the stop command button of the remote controller is operated during the air conditioning operation and then, is operated again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
