PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital noise canceling headphone and a digital noise canceling method, for suppressing the amplification phenomenon of high frequency components included in environmental noise offensive to the ear while maintaining the silencing effect of low frequency components included in the environmental noise and improving the silencing effect on an acoustic feeling, in the digital noise canceling headphone and the digital noise canceling method for canceling the environmental noise to enable listening to only music. SOLUTION: The digital noise canceling headphone includes a microphone, an A/D converter, a digital signal processor, a D/A converter, a mixer, and a speaker.
