PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device with a stopper device which prevents a slider that moves relatively in the axial direction from being disengaged from the end of a guide rail in the axial direction even during the mounting work of a linear guide device, which is of a simple structure, and which does not damage a stopper or the slider if a slider collides against the stopper erroneously. SOLUTION: A stopper locking groove is provided in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the guide rail on the bottom surface 1c of the guide rail 1. The annular stopper 9, which prevents the slider 2 from being disengaged (falling off) from the end of the guide rail 1 in the axial direction when moving relatively in the axial direction, is fitted in this stopper locking groove 8 in such a way that a part of it protrudes from the upper surface 1b and the side surfaces 1a of the guide rail 1.
