PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication oil supplying structure to a cam slide-contact part capable of reliably and efficiently supplying the lubrication oil to an area between a cam and a slide-contact member such as a tappet to make slide contact with the cam. SOLUTION: The lubrication oil supplying structure to supply the lubrication oil to a slide contact part between the cam 22 and the slide-contact member 24 includes a cam shaft 21 having the cam 22 and a journal part 27 installed adjoining to the cam 22 and supported through a bushing 31 fixed to a bearing part, and further includes an oil lead-in passage 41 to introduce the lubrication oil from the base side into the inner circumferential surface of the bushing 31, a transverse oil groove 43 formed at the inner circumferential surface of the bushing 31 in isolation from the oil lead-in passage 41 and having an opening at the end on the cam 22 side, and a communication oil groove 44 formed at the outer circumferential surface of the journal part 27 and generating communication between the oil lead-in passage 41 and the transverse oil groove 43 when the cam shaft 21 becomes a requisite cam shaft rotating angle.
