PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop joint cover device which absorbs its swing and movement even if it swings and moves by only the dimension of a joint, prevents rainwater or the like from intruding into the joint, and prevents a waterproof cover from protruding or dropping into the joint or a parapet. SOLUTION: This rooftop joint cover device 1 includes a water draining-off cover 10 forming a support piece 8 covering an upper part of the joint side parapet in a lower building 4 and forming a water draining-off piece 9 on an anti-joint side, a joint cover supporting fitting 12 having a rear end fixed on an exterior wall surface of a higher building 3, a joint cover 13 having one end fixed on the exterior wall surface on a joint side of the higher building 3 and the other end fixed on a tip of the joint cover supporting fitting 12, the waterproof cover 14 covering a tip bottom face of the joint cover 13 in a waterproofing manner, a waterproof sheet 15 having one end fixed on the support piece 8 of the water draining-off cover 10 and the other end fixed on an inner side end of the waterproof cover 14, and a waterproofing sheet supporting device 19 for supporting the waterproof sheet 15 using a wire 18.
