PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tires with grip performance, fuel consumption performance (rolling resistance performance) and wear performance, improved in good balance, while attaining the excellent heat resistance and weatherability, and a tire produced using the composition. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tires includes a hydrogenated product of an epoxidated natural rubber and a monoamine compound or a diamine compound represented by formula (I), (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are a hydrogen atom, or a 1-3C alkyl group, and X is an optional structure).
