PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder of a long member, which prevents transmission of vibration of a pipe without using a soft material, easily inserting the pipe and facilitates attachment. SOLUTION: The holder 1 includes a body 2, a separate clamp 3. The body 2 has a clamp holding part for storing and holding the clamp 3. The clamp holding part stores the clamp in a gap for allowing the clamp to vibrate. A first leaf spring 17 for elastically pressing a side wall of the clamp part is formed on the side wall 14. A second leaf spring/anti-release pawl is formed on a bottom of the clamp 3, and a second leaf spring receiving groove for elastically engaging with the second leaf spring/anti-release pawl is formed on the bottom of the clamp holding part. A third leaf spring is formed on the bottom of the clamp and a third leaf spring receiving groove for elastically engaging with the third leaf spring is formed on the bottom of the clamp holding part.
