The invention relates to a stimulating electrode for a stimulation device for stimulating organs in spinal paraplegia, particularly in detrusor sphincter dysynergia, comprising an electrode shaft, on an end of which lies an electrode tip for delivering a stimulating signal and on the other end of which a connection area is provided for a signal line. The stimulating electrode also comprises at least one fixing means along the longitudinal axis of the electrode shaft for fixing the position of same in the surrounding tissue. The invention is characterized in that each fixing means is designed to have at least one retaining means which prevents a retraction and at least one retaining means which prevents an advancement. |
