The housing is characterized by an indentation provided to the central section of at least one surface of the cuboidal housing, an aperture surface provided to the central section of the bottom surface of the aforementioned indentation, and port holes that are provided to the outside of the outer perimeter of the aforementioned aperture surface and are for affixing flanges from other tubing.</p>
