PARTICULATE TIN POWDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Fine tin powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain fine tin powder with narrow particle size distribution and high purity as well as with small particle size reliable to form a micro circuit or fill a micro via hole. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fine tin powder is as follows. A stannous salt solution is prepared and a complexing agent is added into the stannous salt solution. The pH of the stannous salt solution is regulated and a reducing agent is added in order to reduce and extract tin powder. The concentration of the stannous salt solution is 0.01-5 mol/L, and the stannous salt solution is made of SnCl2, SnSO4, SnI2, SnF2 SnBr2, Na2SnO3, or SnCH3SO3 solution.
