<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently and simply manufacturing a film for optical waveguide that constitutes an optical waveguide, capable of having both an excellent anti-bending characteristic and the decrease in connection loss at a high level, a film for optical waveguide manufactured by the method of manufacturing the film for optical waveguide, to provide an optical waveguide having the film for optical waveguide, to provide an photoelectric consolidated substrate, and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: By the method of manufacturing the film for optical waveguide, a liquid resin composition 100 is ejected from a nozzle 522, while relatively moving a base material 20 and the nozzle 522 so that the nozzle 522 describes a spiral, with respect to the base material 20, to form a liquid film 110, and the liquid film is subsequently hardened. At least one of the moving pattern of the base material 20 or a head 520, and the ejecting pattern from the nozzle 522, is controlled so that the first applied quantity for forming the edge part of the liquid film 110 is larger than the second applied quantity for forming the center part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
