<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polymer electrolyte film suppressing a form failure of the film such as wrinkling or deformation, consequently preventing deterioration of proton conductivity or fuel impermeability of the film, and further maintaining high productivity of the film with its appropriate adhesiveness with a support. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polymer electrolyte film includes the following steps in order: obtaining a cast film from a polymer electrolyte precursor having acidic group, 80 mole% or more of which forms a salt; obtaining a polymer electrolyte precursor film 1 having a solvent content of 15-22 mass%; obtaining a polymer electrolyte precursor film 2 having a solvent content of 0.3-1.0 mass%; converting 90% or more of the salt of the polymer electrolyte precursor into protons; and drying the resulting polymer electrolyte film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
