<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment agent for simply quickly physically solidifying an aqueous waste liquid such as wastewater contaminated by stripping of floor wax, and a treatment method. <P>SOLUTION: In the treatment agent for the aqueous waste liquid containing a polymer water-absorbing agent and a dispersing agent of this polymer water-absorbing agent as an essential component, the dispersing agent includes wood flour. In the treatment agent for the aqueous waste liquid and a method for physically solidifying the aqueous waste liquid by this treatment agent, the wood flour is solidified into an aggregate of fibrils (micro-fiber group) in a microscopic structure and has a particle size distribution where a 50 mesh path is 50 wt.% or above. Alternatively, in the treatment agent for the aqueous waste liquid and the method for physically solidifying the aqueous waste liquid by this treatment agent, as the dispersing agent, rice bran is used together with the wood flour or the rice bran is independently used, and this rice bran is solidified into an aggregate of particles which exhibit a surface rich in various and uneven undulation in the microscopic structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
