<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a PTFE mixture molding capable of manufacturing a PTFE madreporite having fine texture and less residual stress, and finely adjusting a porosity, a method of manufacturing the PTFE madreporite by the PTFE mixture molding, and a method of manufacturing an insulating wire using the PTFE madreporite. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the PTFE mixture molding, a PTFE preform is prepared by pressurizing and molding the PTFE mixture mixing at least a PTFE powder, a pore forming agent and a molding auxiliary, the PTFE preform is molded into a predetermined shape by paste extrusion, and the cross sectional area S<SB>P</SB>of the preform, an effective cross sectional area S<SB>D</SB>of the extrusion die, the feed speed V<SB>P</SB>for the preform and a take-up speed V<SB>R</SB>of the PTFE mixture molding fulfill (formula 1) V<SB>R</SB>>V<SB>P</SB>(S<SB>P</SB>/S<SB>D</SB>).
