PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission quality of feedback information.

SOLUTION: A first base station 110 communicates with a mobile station 130 that allows vertical asymmetrical connection, receives down data DATA_down from the own station and transmits up data DATA_up to a second base station 120. The first base station 110 transmits the down data DATA_down to the mobile station 130, and receives feedback information FB_down of the down data DATA_down from the mobile station 130 through a bypassing route passing through the second base station 120.
