PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of driving CCD at high speed, and to provide a sensor control circuit, image reading device and image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device includes a photoelectric conversion element for performing photoelectric conversion of light reflected from an original image and a clock generator for generating each drive signal for driving the photoelectric conversion element based on a reference clock using the same or almost the same logic gate.
