PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous packaging material excellent in spray coating property and heat seal processibility and a disposable pocket warmer using the same. SOLUTION: In the porous packaging material, a porous film and a nonwoven fabric cloth are bonded through a porous adhesive layer formed by fiberizing a hot melt type polyamide-based adhesive containing a polyamide-based copolymer. In the porous packaging material, the melting point of the polyamide-based adhesive is 130-160°C, and a melt viscosity of the polyamide-based adhesive at 190°C, and load of 2.16 kg is 100 Pa s or less.
