PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive supporting device, a drive supporting method, and a drive supporting program capable of executing the guide based on signal information without inducing any inappropriate operation for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The drive supporting device 60 includes a signal information acquisition unit 61a for acquiring signal information on presentation of a signal device, a guide unit 61b for executing the guide based on signal information acquired by the signal information acquisition unit 61a, and an operation determination unit 61c for determining the operation to a vehicle 2 which is executed after the guide unit 61b executes the guide and before the vehicle passes the signal device. The guide unit 61b determines whether or not the guide is executed based on signal information newly acquired by a signal information acquiring means after the vehicle passes the signal device based on the operation to the vehicle 2 determined by the operation determination unit 61c.
