摘要 The invention relates to a battery cell comprising a housing and a cell core arranged in the housing, wherein the cell core contains a coil which has an axial winding of at least three layers, i.e. an anode layer, a cathode layer and a separator layer. At an axial end of the coil, the anode layer is combined to form an electrode and is connected to a negative cell pole, and at the opposite axial end of the coil, the cathode layer is combined to form an electrode and is connected to a positive cell pole. The battery cell is characterized in that i) one of the electrodes is connected in a directly heat conducting manner to at least one electrode heat conductor arranged in the housing, and ii) the at least one electrode heat conductor is connected in a heat conducting manner to a heat exchanger arranged outside the housing, such that heat can be dissipated from the cell core in the axial direction of the coil and can be subsequently fed to the heat exchanger, wherein all electrode heat conductors of the battery cell jointly form a heat conducting surface, by means of which at least 50% of the heat dissipated from the cell core can be fed to the heat exchanger.
