PURPOSE: A lamp driving circuit is provided to supply the power voltage supplied by the switching control IC by using the switch. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier circuit(12) rectifies the commercial AC power supply voltage. A switching control integrated circuit(11) is inputted with the power supply voltage outputted from the rectifier circuit. A switch(13) opens or closes between the output terminal of the rectifier circuit and the input terminal of the switching control IC.
