PURPOSE: A waste sludge dehydrating apparatus is provided to reduce the size of the apparatus by reducing the rod length of an actuator, and to selectively operate the waste sludge dehydrating apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A waste sludge dehydrating apparatus includes dehydrating units(110,120), a device body(400), cylinder units(610,620), and an actuator(500). The dehydrating units are separately operated by being compressed or expanded, and includes membrane plates(130) and a filter cloth. The membrane plates are closely or separately installed to dehydrate industrial wasted sludge to make a cake. The filter cloth is installed among the membrane plates. The device body includes a guider(410) supporting the dehydrating units. The cylinder units are controlling the dehydrating units.
