LITHIUM ION SECONDARY BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provides a lithium ion secondary battery using lithium manganate (manganese spinel) as a positive electrode active material, which suppresses a capacity drop and an increase of resistance of the battery and improves life characteristics of the battery.

SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery includes: the positive electrode active material including manganese spinel and layered system lithium manganese oxide; a negative electrode active material; and an electrolyte including vinylene carbonate and unsaturated sultone.
