<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to access an information processing apparatus even when an administrator is absent. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving an account issue request from a user terminal 10a (10b, 10c) via a network 40, the information processing apparatus 30 notifies terminal apparatuses 1a to 1c carried by respective administrators of the account issue request to the user terminal 10a. The information processing apparatus 30 receives log in information indicating whether each administrator logs in the administrator terminal or not from all administrator terminals 20a to 20c, and when all the administrators do not log in respective administrator terminals 20a to 20c, issues an account to the corresponding user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
