<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management relay server that automatically detects that a relay server to be managed is out of communication and handles the failure. <P>SOLUTION: A call center server R1 includes a communication management information database, and a control unit. The communication management information database stores a connection state between relay servers. The control unit of the call center server R1 transmits a connection confirmation signal as a signal for confirming whether a target customer-side server R3 is in communication or not. When the control unit of the call center server R1 cannot receive a response to the connection confirmation signal even if a predetermined time elapses, the control unit informs other relay servers (including a dispatch-destination server R2 to be used for repairing a customer server R3) that the customer server R3 is out of communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
