PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the situation of picking up even a sheet material on and after a second sheet from above together with the uppermost sheet material, in an electrostatic feeding system. SOLUTION: An electric potential pattern P composed of a plurality of electric potential parts P1-PN arranged at an equal interval so that the mutual electric potential parts having the same absolute value of electric potential and having the electric potential mutually different in polarity are adjacent to each other, is formed on a surface of an endless dielectric belt 33 arranged in a position opposed on an upper surface of a sheet bundle S stacked in a plurality and moving on the surface, and the electric potential pattern is formed so that the number of electric potential part of respective polarities for constituting the electric potential pattern formed in a lower side belt tensioning part B becomes mutually the same, that is, the number of electric potential parts of plus polarity and the number of electric potential parts of minus polarity become mutually the same.
