PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an image having a small blur for each color. SOLUTION: A light receiving element 11 includes a plurality of kinds of pixels for every predetermined color, the pixel having: a photoelectric conversion portion which receives the light of a predetermined color and outputs electric charges according to the received light; an electric charge storage portion which stores the electric charges; and a drain electrode. A control portion 12 controls the pixel so that it sorts the electric charges outputted by the photoelectric conversion portion in a predetermined time rate determined for every predetermined color to the electric charge storage portion and to the drain electrode for each time period of multiple time periods of divided exposure time period of the light receiving portion 11, and reads the electric charges stored in the charge storage portion, after the exposure of the light receiving portion 11 ends.
