PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange coolant sealing without taking a housing into pieces. SOLUTION: In an X-ray generator, a hollow axis part 3 of a rotary anticathode 1 is supported in free rotation by bearings 6, 7 arranged inside a through-hole 13 of housings 10, 20, a coolant flow channel inside the rotary anticathode 1 is partitioned into an outward passage 77 and a return passage 81 by a separator member 60 inserted into the rotary anticathode 1, an A side in a vacuum case of a gap between the hollow axis part and the through-hole is sealed with a vacuum seal 5, a B side outside the vacuum case of the same gap is sealed with a coolant seal 50, and a coolant flowing inlet 70A and a coolant flowing outlet 80A formed in the housing are communicated with the outward passage and the return passage in an area sealed by the coolant seal. A seal cap 40 is detachably engaged on an end part of an A side outside the vacuum case of the through-hole of the housing, and the coolant seal 50 is mounted on the seal cap 40, and at the same time, a flow-in side communication passage 47 communicating the coolant flowing inlet 70A to the outward passage 77 and a flow-out side communication passage 48 for communicating the coolant flowing outlet 80A to the return passage 81 are provided.
