PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image control apparatus and a program, retrieving and browsing images having a low relationship between the images. SOLUTION: This image control apparatus includes: an image retrieving part 11e for retrieving a related image based on the attribute of an image; an attribute display part 11b for displaying a specific condition of each attribute of a reference image 101a as an indication for the attribute of an image concerning the reference image 101a as a reference for retrieval; and a related image display part 11c for displaying a related image 108 retrieved based on the specific condition of the attribute selected from the displayed specific conditions. Further the device includes: a retrieval screen display part 11a for displaying a retrieval screen 100 at least including the reference image 101a, the specific condition of each attribute of the reference image concerned, and the related image 108; and a change screen display part 11d for displaying a change screen 120 for changing the specific condition of the attribute used in retrieval to the condition other than the specific condition of each attribute related to the reference image 101a.
