PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use a rotating antenna and its peripheral components even if dimensions of its rotating axis (an antenna axis) in a height direction is changed. SOLUTION: Although an output axis 42 of a motor 28 is inserted into an axis insertion hole 41 of the antenna axis 39, the antenna axis 39 is not locked to the output axis 42 concerning an up-and-down direction of the output axis 42 and free without affecting other components, so that, even if a length of the antenna axis 39 is changed, there is no change in a position of the rotating antenna 27.
