<p>Disclosed is an integrated diagnostic-therapeutic device for tumors that is used in combination with a phase-change ultrasound contrast medium. The device assesses the expression of therapeutic effects from acoustic cavitation, the real-time observation of therapeutic effects from the size of echo signals, and treatment completion. Since supersonic waves are irradiated for exclusively a necessary and sufficient period of time, and since it is possible to treat the contrasted areas exclusively, a safe diagnostic-therapeutic technique can be provided.</p> |
