<p>A highly convenient tape cutter and a tape dispenser, capable of suppressing a slip of an adhesive tape without forming holes in the adhesive tape. A user pulls an adhesive tape (5) so that the position of an end (5c) of the adhesive tape (5) moves beyond the position of an edge (52) and then the user causes a non-adhesive surface (5b), which is the lower surface side of the adhesive tape (5), to press an elastic plate (53). At this time, the elastic plate (53) is pressed against pressing force of a coiled spring (59), and this causes the elastic plate (53) to retain elastic force. Then, the adhesive tape (5) is cut by the edge (52) from the non-adhesive surface (5b) side of the adhesive tape (5). It may happen that the user pulls out the adhesive tape (5) in the direction of the arrow (C) while causing the adhesive tape (5) to be in contact with an attaching roller (58); however, even if the adhesive tape (5) is attached to the attaching roller (58) by making contact with the attaching roller (58) when, for example, the user pulls out the adhesive tape, the attaching roller (58) rotates to allow the user to smoothly pulls out the adhesive tape (5). Also, no hole is formed in the adhesive tape.</p> |
