<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmission device which attains prolongation of the lifetimes of a driving friction wheel and a driven friction wheel, by suppressing the wear of the driving friction wheel and the driven friction wheel, and inhibits load in a radial direction from being applied to a shaft to which the driven friction wheel is fixed, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: First and second drive transmission shafts 86a and 86b are disposed so that an angle formed by a line segment A linking the center of rotation O2 of the first drive transmission shaft, so that the center of rotation O1 of a wheel 85 and a line segment B linking the center of rotation O3 of the second drive transmission shaft with the center of rotation O1 of the wheel 85 is 180°, and the pressing direction of the drive transmission shafts 86a and 86b is set toward the center of rotation of the wheel 85, and the pressing force of the drive transmission shafts 86a and 86b to the wheel 85 is made the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
