<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing for electric equipment which has an upper lid and a lower lid locked and released from locking by being slid and which permits the convenience of a user to be maintained when the user slides one of the lids. <P>SOLUTION: A printer housing 1 has a fixed cover 20 and an upper lid 30 on the top face, and the lower lid 40 on the underside. The upper lid 30 covers a paper storage part 25 and is slidably and rotatably arranged. The upper lid 30 is locked by being slid in the upper lid locking direction C and released from locking by being slid in the upper lid releasing direction O. The lower lid 40 covers a battery storage part 45 and is locked by being slid in the lower lid locking direction L and is released from locking by being slid in the lower lid releasing direction U. When the upper lid 30 is slid, and a reaction force to the upper lid 30 acts on the lower lid 40, the slide regulating piece 42 of the lower lid 40 and the convexity 48 of the battery storage part 45 butts against each other, and regulates the sliding of the lower lid 40 in the lower lid releasing direction U. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
