<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air leak diagnostic device for detecting and outputting a possible location of air leak and an amount of the leak in a compressed air plant. <P>SOLUTION: The compressed air leak diagnostic device using a simulator in a compressed air plant having a compressed air supply device, a piping network, and a consumption device as the network configuration equipment expresses a candidate location of compressed air leak by an equipment model as a consumption device to mount it in the network model, finds a state quantity by the simulator using a variable for specifying the existence/absence of a compressed air leak and a leak quantity as a state variable about a possible location of leak, solves an optimization problem using an objective function consisting of a measurement value measured by measuring equipment, the probability that air leak occurs at the possible location of leak and a state quantity, calculates a plurality of best solutions that consist of objective function values, the location of compressed air leak and a set of leak quantities at the location, and outputs a plurality of calculated leak quantities in the ascending order of the objective function values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
