PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit capable of further reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: A differential pair DIF is composed of first and second transistors MP5, MP6, and first and second load circuits L1, L2 operating as loads are formed corresponding to the transistors, respectively. To the load circuits L1, L2, a negative power source 3 and a ground power source GND for supplying power voltages different from each other are connected, respectively. An operation point setting circuit 300 composed of a pair of output transistors MP1, MN1 serially connected between a positive power source 2 and the negative power source 3, first and second current sources I1, I2, and a floating constant current source FI1 connected between the current sources I1, I2 is formed, and the operation points of the output transistors MP1, MN1 are set.
