PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation in engine revolution in travel, while suppressing degradation in startability. SOLUTION: An engine revolution stabilizing device controls an ignition control device 2 depending on statuses in fluctuation of an engine revolution speed occurring in the travel of a vehicle, and makes ignition timing be retarded or advanced to decrease engine output, so as to suppress fluctuation in revolution speed. In the engine revolution stabilizing device, an ECU 1 calculates a traveling speed of the vehicle from transition of crank angles detected by a crank angle sensor 10, and regulates delay or advance of the ignition timing when the traveling speed is lower than a first predetermined value V1.
