PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot cover easily wearable without rolled for example, before used, preventing sliding up or down without protruding from a shoe when worn, and having a neat and flat appearance even in both wrapped and unused conditions. SOLUTION: The foot cover includes: a rib top part 2; a front part bag body 3 wrapping the toe from the front half peripheral part of the cover and covering the foot arch part from below; and a back part bag body 5 wrapping around the heel from the back end thereof. The front part bag body 3 includes: an instep covering part 11 woven in reversed flat knitting having a cylinder swing width of not less than 180°at a position where weaving starts to the front half peripheral part of the rib top part 2; a toe covering part 12 woven in the reversed flat knitting from the instep covering part 11; and a sole covering part 13 woven to join both of the right and left side edges of the instep covering part 11 with each other following the toe covering part 12.
