PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer structure of an electrode plate that can avoid the generation of sparking even if a liquid attached to a spacer falls downwardly in droplets. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional shape of a peripheral surface if the spacer is cut with a plane parallel to an axial direction is determined to be a shape having an apex where its distance from the center of the axis in the spacer becomes shorter as it approaches the center in the width direction of the spacer and the distance from the center of the axis becomes the shortest to the center in the width direction, for example, a V shape. Because in the spacer 26 having such a cross-sectional shape, the liquid attached to the surface of the spacer and falls downwardly in droplets after it is moved in the end direction of the spacer, the trouble that the dropped oil droplets contact a ground electrode can be avoided.
