PURPOSE: A water stop plate is provided to improve joint force between a waterproof sheet and the water stop plate by being thermally fused in the waterproof sheet. CONSTITUTION: A water stop plate(100) comprises a water stop body(110) and a heat fusing portion(130,132). The water stop body comprises a concave part on the lower part thereof. The heat fusing portion is positioned in the concave part. The heat fusing portion thermally fuses the water stop plate and a waterproof sheet. The heat fusing portion is extruded simultaneously with the water stop body and is molded. The exposed surface of the heat fusing portion is horizontal to the water stop body.
