PURPOSE: A device for controlling wheel of chair is provided to improve the braking performance by preventing the eccentric rotation of a wheel by the load of the user taking the seat. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling wheel of chair comprises a supporting part(110), an elastic member(120), a movement control member(130), a fixed axis(140) and a wheel(150). The supporting part descends using the load of the seat occupant and pressurizes the wheel. The elastic member is built in a rib(112) of the supporting part. The elastic member is compressed by the load of the seat occupant and produces the force of restitution. The movement control member brakes by contacting with the outer circumference of the fixed axis. The fixed axis is fixed to the wheel using the compressive force of the elastic member. The wheel is respectively installed to both ends of the fixed axis.
