<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaly thin film fine powder dispersion wherein by subjecting a scaly thin film fine powder to a treatment to make the scaly thin film fine powder hardly settle, a metallic pigment using the powder makes one in which the powder is dispersed in an ink, and consequently the nozzle clogging is prevented and obtained printed matter can have an ample metallic luster. <P>SOLUTION: A single metal, an alloy or a metallic compound is finely pulverized to obtain a scaly thin film fine powder, which is contained in a solvent to prepare the scaly thin film fine powder dispersion, wherein the scaly thin film fine powder has an average major axis of ≥0.5 μm and ≤5.0 μm, a maximum major axis of ≤10 μm, an average thickness of ≥5 nm and ≤100 nm, and an aspect ratio of ≥20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
