<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new spouting cap for repacking capable of performing the repacking by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting cap for repacking has a body 11 to be mounted on the opening part 2a of one container 1a, and can repack a content C from the container 1a into a container 1b by mounting the body 11 to the opening part 2b of the other container 1b under a condition that the container 1a is made to be a handstand. The body 11 has a nozzle 15 in which a passage r<SB>1</SB>communicating with the opening part 2a of the container 1a is formed and keeps the length set so that the tip 15e of the nozzle 15 may coincide with the liquid level F of the content C repacked into the container 1b.
