PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the storage capacity of a recording medium, regarding the recording medium and a reproducing device therefor.

SOLUTION: A plurality of hologram layers 45 having a spiral shape in the horizontal direction are provided at predetermined intervals in the thickness direction in a blank disk. At least one of spiral hologram layers 45 vertically adjacent each other is continuously vertically curved in the circumferential direction.
