BEVERAGE EXTRACTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction apparatus which can extract good-quality beverages without losing their aroma and flavor.

SOLUTION: After supplying a cylinder 23 with raw materials and water, a cylinder head 101 is moved from its open position to its closed position and the raw materials and the water in the cylinder 23 are stirred by supplying the cylinder 23 with air through a filter block 32. After that, the cylinder head 101 is moved from its closed position to its seal position. Steaming is performed by maintaining this state for a predetermined time. After a lapse of the predetermined time, the beverage which is extracted in the cylinder 23 is carried outside through the filter block 32 by supplying the cylinder 23 with air through the cylinder head 101.
