<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combined confectionery for preparing jelly-like confectionery excellent in palatability and flavor, with which the jelly-like confectionery having comparatively large and almost the same shape can be repeatedly prepared, in addition, excellent in simplicity and visible change that the jelly-like confectionery is instantaneously prepared. <P>SOLUTION: The combined confectionery for preparing jelly-like confectionery can be obtained by continuously injecting a jelly solution into a forming mold and bringing the both to meet to form the jelly-like confectionery, wherein the forming mold holds a powdery component containing a calcium salt or salts and pregelatinized or α-form cereal powder in a concave part and the jelly solution contains a gelling agent which gelates in contact with the calcium ions in the amount enough for covering the whole surface area of the powdery component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
