<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch operation device which achieves stabilization of performance of a clutch device. <P>SOLUTION: The clutch operation device 1 is a device for operating a clutch device 9 configured in such a manner that a pressing force, which acts on a clutch disc, changes according to the operational amount and is provided with a drive motor 2 which generates a drive force, a speed reduction mechanism 3, a master cylinder 4, a slave cylinder 5, a hydraulic circuit 6 and a control device 8. The speed reduction mechanism 3, the master cylinder 4, the slave cylinder 5 and the hydraulic circuit 6 transmit the drive force of the drive motor 2 to the clutch device 9 as the pressing force and convert a driving variable of the drive motor 2 into the operational amount.
